Creston Courtyards, is a community of 90 single family homes situated on courtyards with 5 homes each ranging in 1100 sq ft to 1687 sq ft. Phase 1 started building in 1999 and finished in 2000. Most of the homes are younger than 15 years. Our board meetings are monthly and all homeowners are encouraged to attend, and participate in the decision making process.

 

We have a park on the North side midway down the street and a BBQ area on the South side for all homeowners and tenants usage. Please reserve the BBQ using the BBQ RSVP Calendar under the Calendar heading on the left.
